Since upgrading my desktop from Win 7 to Win 10 I have a problem on startup. It goes to a black screen with a blue Windows logo and no cursor.
The PC doesn’t respond to any keys either so I have to shut down using the power button. If I restart the PC it comes up normally and all is well , until the next time I try and use it. Before the upgrade I didn’t have any problems on start up. Thanks for looking and hope someone has some ideas. This thread is locked.
