I have Windows 7 and when I updated with Word I have the same problem. I cant print anything from word! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, updated drivers, checked anti virus isn’t the problem either.

Please change the default printer to ‘Microsoft XPS Document Writer’ using the following link and check if it Outlook works as expected. Hope it helps. Yes, I was able to do this last week. If I remove the table of contents, I can print the range of pages just fine. This may be another variation of a current issue with printing from the current version and build of Office, which is receiving attention from Microsoft.

The problem arose during updating of some of the very old processes used by Word to make use of more modern coding architectures and practices that will allow the introduction of new features that would not be possible with the old coding, some of which is now going on being 40 years old. Just reverting to the old code would preclude the introduction of new features and unfortunately, it takes time to work out the bugs in the new code. Too much time many of us would say, but, in the meantime, the work-around for us is to revert to an earlier version and build of our current Office installation.
