Windows 10 change input language shortcut free download

I constantly change between Korean and English keyboard. I want the second one because it’s faster than having the cursor move towards the language bar and also because it is as convenient as changing the language keyboard in android phones. But the second option, doesn’t work. I restarted my PC after applying the settings. Nothing worked. I contacted Microsoft support and even read articles on the internet regarding this, but nothing helps.

I have Windows 10 and followed all steps but when I input the short cuts on the keyboard, they do not work. The shortcuts for switching to specific languages work for me for a while. But if my computer goes to sleep the shortcuts no longer work after it wakes back up, and indeed have to be set up all over again.
