I ran the fix and tried a re-install, the files are saved to the hard drive and same thing. When I go to run that Fix It, it says that it will uninstall Office. I can’t afford to have it uninstall my office, as I want to keep that, and since it came bundled with my computer, I have no way to reinstall it later, short of restoring the computer to factory image.
