I got Windows 10 Enterprise edition instead. And now, I get an email from the date of purchase like normal, but there is no product key included and I already had a product key for Windows 10 Home edition and I can’t use my current product key to re-activate Windows 10 for the Enterprise edition. I get an error message in the activation window saying:.

We can’t activate Windows on this device as we can’t connect to your organization’s activation server. Make sure you’re connected to your organization’s network and try again.
