If the content is already on your device click on the onedrive folder on the file browser and copy the contents downloa the external. If the contents microssoft only on the web, then I will advise you to log into onesrive web and move the files into one folder, then download that microsoft onedrive download for windows 10 by clicking the three dots and selecting download.
